What are the fees for transfers?

The fee percentage will differ depending on the amount transferred and currency you're transferring. As a rule, international transfers have higher fees than domestic transfers. Our currency list can give you a rough estimate of what your transfer fee will be in each currency.

How long does it take to send the money?

On average, a transfer takes about an hour to complete. When you're sending money internationally, it takes longer for the receiver's bank to verify and clear the funds; this process can take up to 24 hours.

Can I send money to a friend or family member in another country?

Yes, you can send money to anyone in the world. We accept payments from people in Canada, United States, and the UK. If you're living outside of these countries and are sending someone who resides there, make sure they have an international bank account with a bank that we support.
